All products bought in store which are made to order are non returnable. Please ensure you have tried the dress on prior to ordering and are completely happy with the style and colour choice.

Faulty products will be replaced with the same product where possible. If it is not possible to replace the item before the required wear date a full refund will be given.

Dresses bought off the rack are sold as seen. You will be asked to try on and check over the gown before leaving the store with the item. Once the dress has left the store, there will be no refunds or exchanges given.
